| Summary | Native peoples the world over have been evicted from their lands, lands they have stewarded for uncountable generations. In order to restore their rights, restore their lands and give them sovereign rights and responsibility for the lands they are connected to. |

| Details | The declaration of rights of indigenous peoples should be brought to every country with the force of law, international and local. In addition new agreements with indigenous peoples would be developed to return lands already taken and grant overall environmental stewardship to the people that have a true relationship with the land they have lived with for uncounted generations. |
